We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum order value. We currently ship within the United States only.

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email support@melvoir.com with your order number. We will send you an RMA number and return instructions within 24 hours.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived defective, damaged or incorrect. In those cases we cover the return cost in full.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. We do not offer direct exchanges. For a different size or colour, return the original item and place a new order.
