Shipping
Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum order amount and no hidden fees. The total shown at checkout is the exact amount you will be charged.

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but hope to expand in the future.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM CT will begin processing on the next business day.
Once shipped, transit takes an additional 3–8 business days. In total, expect your order to arrive within 4–11 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery at any time. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the tracking information to become active.
Lost packages: If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of purchase, please contact us at support@melvoir.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if your package is confirmed lost, offer a full refund or reshipment at no cost to you.
Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. There are no restocking fees.
Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original packaging may be subject to a partial refund or refusal. For full details, visit our Refund Policy.
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Email support@melvoir.com with your order number and reason for the return
- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all tags included and mark the RMA number on the outside
- Ship the item to our Returns Center at 5775 Mobile Hwy, Montgomery, AL 36105
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
If you have not received your refund after that, please check your bank account, then contact your card provider, and then reach out to us at support@melvoir.com.
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase by contacting us at support@melvoir.com. After this window, your order may have already entered processing and cannot be canceled. If it has shipped, you will need to follow our return process instead.
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return your original order and place a new order for the item you want. This is the fastest way to get the right piece to you.

Payment is collected at the time you place your order. By completing checkout, you authorize Melvoir to charge the full order amount to your selected payment method. You will receive an order confirmation email once payment has been successfully processed.
No hidden fees. All product prices are exclusive of sales tax. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. The total shown at checkout is the exact amount you will be charged — nothing more.
Please try the following steps:
- Verify that your card details, billing address, and available balance are correct
- Contact your bank to check for any restrictions on your account
- Try an alternative payment method at checkout
